Rachel Plummer is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Spring 2017) and holds a BFA degree. Having focused primarily in screen printing and lithography, she now uses the skills and studio habits she picked up as a student to continue creating at One-OneThousand, a Madison space and community for artists of all kinds. As a Madison native, Rachel hopes to move far, far away to the pacific northwest to expand her printmaking skills and earn an MFA degree (and, of course, consume an ungodly amount of Portland doughnuts).
At One-OneThousand (run by UW alumna Sarah Artz), Rachel continues to focus on the themes of household messiness/character and domesticity she entertained as a student. She's also working towards building her art brand, A Study in Ink, and creating a variety of screen printed goods (including greeting cards, tote bags, and, eventually, a coloring book) to be sold on Etsy and at craft fairs.
Feel free to contact me if interested in my work, or if you have any questions. Almost everything shown here is up for sale on my Etsy shop. If interested in a piece not on Etsy, let me know.
Happy printing :)
